Prices on AviaeSIM are displayed in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Georgian Lari (GEL). You can change the currency from the top bar of the site at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. You may be eligible if: • The eSIM hasn't been activated or used • Technical issues prevented the eSIM from working eSIMs that have already been activated and used may not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and reason.
How quickly will I receive my eSIM after purchase?

Why was my payment declined?
